The role of Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Deputy CEO is a new position which will be pivotal in driving the continuing success and development of Coventry University London, providing academic leadership to deliver the mission and targets of Coventry University London and the Coventry University Group's Corporate Plan.
Driving academic innovation and continuous improvement to ensure that curriculum is sector-leading in preparing students for global careers, you will also develop our research profile and oversee our internationalisation strategy. Recognising that successful student outcomes also rely on excellent student engagement and support, you will also provide strategic direction and leadership to a range of academic services to support student achievement and student experience.
Your role will entail significant responsibility for setting and managing budgets, planning and delivering the efficient use of financial and staff resources to achieve our goals. A skilled leader who can inspire and motivate others, you will lead a fast-growing,committed and friendly team of staff to deliver the best outcomes for our students. You will become a member of the Campus Executive, the senior team responsible for the strategic and operational development and success of the Campus. The position reports to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor and line manages the three Academic Heads of Department, Registrar and Head of Student Engagement.
