The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health are seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer within an established team of academics, delivering education in relation to leadership and management within health and social care settings.
Teaching activity will cut across undergraduate modules relating to leadership and management and post graduate levels, but will primarily feed into the MBA Healthcare Management Course and MSc Global Healthcare Management. The post is available on a full time, permanent basis.
Recent knowledge/experience of leadership in the health and social care sector and across integrated care, as either a practitioner or through research would be advantageous, as would previous experience of teaching or assessing in practice or HEI based educational programmes.
The salary is dependent upon the skills and qualifications of the individual.
The University offers academic and professional development and provides a Post Graduate Certificate Teaching Qualification for Lecturers who do not hold a recognised teaching qualification.
