We are looking for a Customer Coordinator to join our Knowledge Exchange team. This role will be working within Intellectual Property & Knowledge Exchange.
The Enterprise and Innovation Organisation (EIO) at Coventry University is a newly formed business whose aim is to maximise the movement of knowledge from the University into businesses and communities to help them innovate and become more productive. As well as the UK, we focus particularly on SE Asia, Middle East & North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Eastern Europe.
Person Specification
The Customer Coordinator works across the Intellectual Property and Knowledge Exchange KE Teams to deliver a quality, customer-focussed service to University staff and external customers and partners.
