In September 2020, the Coventry University Group opened its first overseas campus in Wroclaw, Poland. This is an exciting opportunity for Coventry University as we are the first UK University to open a campus in Poland, creating a footprint in the European education market. People are at the very core of our continued success and ultimately the learner’s journey and to support this, we are looking for an HR Generalist to join the team.
About the role
If you are passionate about the difference education and learning can make, this is a great opportunity to take up this new role in our team. With a dual reporting line to the Campus Director in Wroclaw and International People Manager in the UK, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop a customer focussed HR function in country.
The role will encompass both operational and strategic work and will work with the campus and UK teams to deliver the People Strategy through change management, employee engagement, talent planning, managing ER cases and project work.
The role will provide professional advice across all People policies and procedures ensuring best practice is adopted in accordance with local legal requirements, whilst ensuring alignment with University Group central priorities and approaches. You will also get the opportunity to get involved in other global people projects.
