FIXED TERM for 4 years
The School of Nursing, Midwifery and Health at Coventry University are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic healthcare professional to take up a full time position as a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in international learning and development. Applicants will need to be a registered healthcare professional with experience in international partnership working and curriculum development.
Ideally we are seeking a full time member of staff, though alternatives could be considered. You will join an established team of academics and will support the Head of School and Associate Head International in the development of online international learning, Flying Faculty, internationalisation of the curriculum, transnational education (partnership development, progression agreements), supporting the corporate targets for international student experience and field trips. Previous experience of teaching within a Higher Education Institution as well as education to doctorate/higher degree (or equivalent professional qualifications/experience), including a teaching qualification is desirable.
The University offers academic and professional development and provides a Post Graduate Certificate Teaching Qualification for individuals who do not hold a recognised teaching qualification. You will be supported to develop your interests in order to progress your career. Salary is dependent on experience.
