This is a brilliant opportunity for an Administration and Admissions Team Leader to join the Apprenticeship Team at CU Coventry (CUC) during an exciting period of expansion.
As we continue our development and growth in the apprenticeship sector, focusing on degree and higher level apprenticeships, we need to ensure we offer the highest levels of customer service and a seamless enrolment process all whilst ensuring compliance. We are therefore looking to expand our team by introducing this new role.
This role will take the lead on managing the admissions and administration processes that underpin our apprenticeship programmes. This will include management of a small team of administrators, overseeing the timely submission of Government funding data and maintaining appropriate and accurate records for audit purposes.
This is a demanding role that requires someone who is meticulously organised, able to manage changing and conflicting deadlines, with strong customer service and attention to detail skills.
Extensive experience of varied administration responsibilities is essential, as is experience of the full admissions processes. Knowledge of the Higher Education and/or apprenticeship sectors, specifically the funding processes, and experience of managing a team, would be advantageous.
You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week.
