The School of Humanities at Coventry University is looking for a Lecturer in Spanish to join our academic team on a permanent basis, starting in October 2018. This post requires a passion for teaching coupled with expertise in Latin American Societies, Spanish and International Relations, and/or Business Spanish.
We are particularly interested in candidates with the vision to address the demands of teaching in the 21st century who recognise the need for new ways of engaging with the subject and how this new pedagogy can be explored and developed creatively through new technologies.
Knowledgeof higher education processes is important and experience of teaching throughworkshops, seminars, lectures, and assessment is essential to the role.Successful candidates will contribute to the development and enhancement of theschool's research agenda and reputation for student success.
