Join our elite student recruitment outreach team as a Regional Recruitment Specialist.
We are committed to Widening Participation and ensuring Coventry University is a destination that all students can access. The Regional Recruitment specialist will lead early intervention recruitment and engagement activities with partner schools across Coventry, Warwickshire and the wider Midlands region.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of programmes and events that support the recruitment of students to Coventry University, this will be achieved by building and nurturing key relationships with partner schools. You will be targeted to increase applications from students from a diverse range of backgrounds and your work will support Coventry University’s widening participation recruitment agenda.
Comfortable with high travel content you will work in schools with education advisors to agree and deliver the schedule of activities, workshops, recruitment and educational sessions for students. In addition, you will be part of the team that delivers the residential programmes and events on campus.

Familiar with the education sector and have an understanding of widening participation and the barriers some students face when accessing higher education?
