Due to continued student growth, and in support of the School's strategic plan, we are looking to appoint a Lecturer in Fraud Investigation Management.
Our MSc Fraud Investigation Management course has been developed to specifically address real issues in fraud investigations. The aim of the course is to develop our graduates' ability to critique typical investigative situations. Critical thinking and problem solving skills will help graduates of this course conceptualise the opportunities to harvest forensic evidence. This in turn will enable them to devise and implement their own solutions to potentially varied and complex fraud investigation problems. This course focuses on the issues related to the holistic management of the fraud investigation process. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated lecturer with experience of and confidence in delivery of at least one of the following areas; Fraud investigation management, Strategic risk management from a fraud or financial crime perspective, and Organisational learning.
Importantly, you will be student-centred and adopt a flexible approach through research-informed teaching. You will have demonstrable experience of the assessment process and the ability to increase student satisfaction on our courses. As the role will also require you to develop and maintain productive relationships with placement providers, employers and other stakeholders, you will need a high level of inter-personal skills, and personal effectiveness to promote a high quality experience for all our stakeholders. You will have a strong commitment to continuing professional development and to inter-professional and international perspectives.

You will be given opportunities to develop your research interests and are expected to contribute to the Faculty's research profile.
Applicants must have a relevant Master's degree or a PhD in an appropriate subject and experience of delivering in an educational setting.
