The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving HR function. Working within our Employment Lifecycle and Onboarding team you will provide a comprehensive, seamless customer focused HR service to both internal and external customers, covering a broad range of administrative activities across the full employment lifecycle.
As a People Administrator – Onbaording & Employment Lifecycle, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth onboarding experience for our new starters. Acting as a point of contact you will be responsible for undertaking all pre-employment checks for candidates and employees including Right to Work in the UK checks, references, issuing offering letters and contracts, occupational health, and DBS where applicable. In addition, ndertaking a range of processes that support our managers and employees through the full employment lifecycle ensuring a smooth transition through each stage of for the employee and manager journey.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will have a passion for HR with demonstratable experience working in a similar administrative role in a fast-paced process and procedure driven environment. Educated to A-Level you will have excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to exercise judgement and operate to a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, courtesy, and professionalism with customers across a range of channels including face to face, via telephone and online
High attention to detail with a flexible approach to work, you will be competent in using Microsoft Outlook Excel, Word, and Outlook along with a range of IT systems to effectively imput and extract data
