Coventry University Group are investing in a corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology solution to support its vision to attract, retain and develop lasting relationships with its customers and partners. Initially the solution will cover the breadth of the student lifecycle aiming to drive recruitment activity and also to enhance retention and the wider customer experience. The CRM solution and associated processes span a wide spectrum of stakeholders including; Recruitment and Admissions, International Office, Marketing and External Relations, Student Services and subsidiaries within the Group.
Though based within IT Services, you will work very closely with colleagues from across the Group developing a deep understanding of business processes and facilitating knowledge sharing and greater consistency of approach. You will be responsible for the work of the CRM Teamwhich will compromise of; a Technical Developer, System Manager(s) and a Support Analyst.
The project team are currently undertaking the system(s) selection process and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to shape the service from the initial implementation.
