Working in the School of Energy, Construction and Environment, within the Energy discipline, you will be committed to contributing to our continued success in teaching and research and be willing to take a leadership role in the management of undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses. You will join a School with high levels of teaching quality and student satisfaction in the 2015 National Student Survey and a commitment to enhancing our research activities through "Excellence with Impact".
You will have wide experience of Health and Safety within Oil and Gas industry. You will be expected to deliver IOSH and/or NEBOSH (IGC and IOGC) training courses and associated administration.

Applicants from academia will have experience and success of delivering high-quality teaching and learning opportunities together with a portfolio of funded research and/or industry-linked consultancy activity with associated publication profile. Applicants from practice would be expected to demonstrate experience of training/mentoring and a portfolio of relevant project and professional experience that can be used to inform the teaching and learning experience of our students.
