We currently have three Admissions Officer vacancies within the expanding Recruitment and Admissions Office at Coventry University.
Working within a team of admissions professionals, you will be responsible for the full assessment of UK Undergraduate and Postgraduate (taught) applications. As a focused, forward-thinking member of the centralised admissions team, you will work to established processes and targets, demonstrating a best practice approach in everything you do.
As an Admissions Officer, you will have a highly professional approach to your work, with a focus on excellent customer service. Ideally with a minimum of two years' experience in a HE admissions environment, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to meet deadlines, follow policy and procedures, and take responsibility for all aspects of your work. You will be skilled at working with a wide range of applicants and their influencers, and understand the importance of maintaining strong links with colleagues across the University.
You will be able to use your initiative, be self-motivated and comfortable making decisions in what can be a pressured environment during peak periods.
