As we continue to build on this success, Coventry Business School have a number of vacancies for Lecturer in Human Resource Management/OB within the dynamic School of Marketing and Management.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who will be part of an innovative and committed team delivering on undergraduate and postgraduate courses in human resource management as well as playing an active role in enhancing the research culture. There will also be opportunities to be involved with delivery on our successful and increasing portfolio of executive education programmes.

It is essential that teaching is informed by contemporary research and current practice within human resource management/OB to enable students to engage in co-creation of knowledge and meaningful debate.
Successful candidates may be eligible to join one of the Faculty’s two vibrant research centres, producing world leading research - Centre for Business in Society and Centre for Financial and Corporate Integrity. As an established independent researcher you may be able to join a centre immediately as an Associate Member and access a whole range of support. Early career academics may be eligible to join our ASPiRE programme (Academic Support Programme in Research Excellence).
Applicants will need at least a Master’s degree (or professional equivalent) in a relevant subject and recent teaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates holding PhDs / close to completion and/or with a record of publications in the relevant field. Your growing research portfolio and ability to network and develop partnerships with external organisations will further enhance the School’s profile. CIPD membership will be desirable in this position.
