Working with colleagues within Marketing and External Affairs and across the Coventry University Group the postholder will be responsible for the production of engaging multichannel content that spotlights our course portfolio and broader product offering.
The postholder will be responsible for writing course content that will inspire, educate, inform and showcase our courses in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice for our varied and global audiences. Working closely with the creative, web and multimedia teams the postholder will generate compelling, factual and authentic collateral that inspire our audiences and meet business goals.
To create authentic content that resonates with our audiences the role requires the postholder to undertake comprehensive audience/competitor analysis to develop copy and messaging that is customer focused. The postholder will also work closely with subject matter experts from across the Group and legal services to ensure content is factually accurate and meets consumer law requirements.
