Working in the School of Mechanical, Aerospace & Automotive Engineering, you will be committed to contributing to our continued success in delivery of our engineering programmes. You will join a School with high levels of teaching quality and student satisfaction (ranked in the Guardian University Guide in the country's top two for our courses in Mechanical Engineering)
The successful candidate will be able to contribute to the delivery of topics relating to mechanical/ automotive/ aerospace disciplines with a particular emphasis on analytical and design related topics. You will need to share our passion for delivering a positive student experience that puts excellence in teaching and learning at the heart of everything we do and will be able to demonstrate significant knowledge in your area of specialisation and support the school's research culture. You must be willing to work flexibly and promote and support international partnerships, as well as potentially deliver teaching onsite at one of our international partners.
Applicants should have, as a minimum, a higher degree in engineering or equivalent industrial experience. Experience of teaching and supervising student project work would be advantageous.
