The School of Computing, Electronics and Mathematics is looking for a Lecturer in Cyber Security.
The Faculty of Engineering, Environment and Computing at Coventry University is one of the largest in the UK and is nationally and internationally renowned as a centre of innovation for its teaching, learning and research of computing subject areas. It is expected that this position will focus digital forensics, although an understanding of other aspects of cyber security is essential.
You will be responsible for the delivery and support of learning, teaching and assessment at undergraduate and postgraduate level. You will work closely with the course teams to help provide the high-quality learning environment our students expect. This is a teaching focussed position, although there may be some opportunity for research.
Applicants should hold a post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related subject. Professional qualification and/or membership and a PhD. Experience of working in higher education will be very useful and good programming skills are required.
