FBL Faculty Registry Degree Apprentices will also gain exposure to key areas of University functions, and so build an understanding of the University and the Higher Education environment, as well as in-depth skills and knowledge. Individuals will find themselves well-placed and qualified to progress to more senior roles.
The post holder will contribute to the efficient and effective administration of the Faculty by delivering good customer care to all students and staff,resolving queries in a helpful and efficient manner.
In addition, you will provide clerical support to Course Directors and Course Administrators in all aspects of their work within the remit of the Faculty. As a team member you will work under supervision, but once trained you will use your initiative to resolve queries and prioritise your work to meet University and Faculty deadlines.
It is essential that the successful candidate has excellent working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office combined with excellent communication and writing skills. You will be self-motivated and flexible to achieve business and personal objectives.
