We are looking to appoint a Head of Student Engagement to lead our Student Support Provision. This is a new senior role within our professional services team. The new role reflects a continued commitment by Coventry University London to providing the highest quality student care, welfare, support, transition and integration opportunities for our students.
The successful candidate will have the relevant skills and experience to operate at the strategic level, and will have impeccable practical capabilities. The key themes of the role encompass: managing our student support team and provision; and managing projects and systems related to student attendance, attainment, progression, skills and pastoral care.
This is an exciting opportunity for the new incumbent to influence cultural change. The role will require negotiations with many stakeholders, so we seek someone who is able to think analytically and be adaptable self-directed and emotionally robust.
