About the programme
Coventry University’s Institute of Creative Cultures is seeking to appoint a Research Assistant within the Centre for Postdigital Cultures.
The Centre for Postdigital Cultures led by Professor Gary Hall brings together postdigital media theorists, practitioners, activists and artists from more than 15 countries. By drawing on transdisciplinary ideas associated with open, disruptive and immersive media, feminism, the posthuman, radical open access, and the politics of care, we endeavour to help 21st century society and its cultural institutions (galleries, libraries, archives, museums, not-for-profit publishers etc.) respond to the challenges faced in relation to the digital at a global, national and local level.
Our Mission
CPC’s mission is to work toward a more socially just and sustainable postcapitalist society. We do so by questioning, engaging with, and re-imagining digital culture through our publications and our practice. In other words, we don’t just comment on the world, we actively intervene in it.
