Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Engineering Management (Logistics & Supply Chain Management)

Owing to the continued growth and success of our undergraduate and postgraduate Engineering teaching and research, we are seeking to appoint experienced candidates with a passion for teaching and research.
We require a new full time, permanent member of staff with expertise in Engineering Management and a background and experience of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Applicants should have, as a minimum, a higher degree in engineering / logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent related industrial experience appropriate to the position offered. Experience of teaching, module management and supervising student project work would be essential. Experience of working on and contributing to managing applied research projects would also be desirable.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and able to communicate with students, engineers and management in industry and academia at all levels. You must be able to take a leading role in developing industrial and academic collaboration and work within a team to develop successful funding proposals ensuring that projects are managed to deliver high quality and timely deliverables. The ambition to succeed in a competitive arena is essential.
